Our estimated delivery timeframe for orders to the United Kingdom and Ireland is 7–12 days.

How tracking works

When your order has been dispatched and tracking becomes available, we send a tracking number to the email address used at checkout. Use the carrier link in that message to follow your shipment.

Tracking has not updated

It can take a short time for the first carrier scan to appear. Updates may also pause while a parcel is moving between hubs. If tracking has not changed for an unusual period, contact support@london-suit.com with your order number.

Delivery is taking longer than expected

Occasional delays can happen because of peak periods, public holidays, carrier disruption, weather, customs or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. If your parcel is outside the expected timeframe, our support team can review the tracking and help investigate.
