1. Products and information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary depending on your screen or device. Sizing information is provided to help you choose, but fit can vary by style and body shape.

2. Prices and payment

Prices displayed for the UK market are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) unless the store or checkout clearly states otherwise. The total amount payable, including any applicable delivery charge and taxes collected at checkout, will be shown before you complete your purchase.

You must provide accurate billing and payment information and be authorised to use the payment method selected.

3. Orders and acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where there is a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, an inability to deliver to the supplied address, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.

4. Delivery

Our estimated delivery timeframe is 7–12 days. Tracking is sent by email when available after dispatch. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

5. Cancellations, returns, refunds and exchanges

UK and Irish consumers have mandatory rights in relation to online purchases and faulty goods. For most non-exempt online goods, this includes a 14-day cancellation period after receipt. 6. Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and order information. You must not misuse this website, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorised access, or use the store for unlawful purposes.

Unless otherwise stated, the London Suit name, store content, product descriptions, graphics and other original website materials are owned by us or used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.

8. Third-party services

Our store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party providers for payments, shipping, analytics and other services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices where relevant.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, or limits any mandatory consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time for legal, operational or service-related reasons. The version published on the store at the time of your order will apply to that order unless the law requires otherwise.
